Vantaggi

Coworkers are lovely and talented. A lot of gallows humour amongst team. Subsidised entry to races if you’re into that.

Svantaggi

Let’s Do This is the most bizarre and dysfunctional place I’ve ever worked. Glassdoor reviews that describe it as “fast-paced” or “hard work” actually misrepresent the reality. What’s expected is complete dedication — your time, your energy, your mental wellbeing — all of it. If you don’t live and breathe the company, you’ll quickly be sidelined. I’ve seen this happen to many great people during my time here. There’s a strong culture of presenteeism. Leaving on time is seen as slacking, and evening and weekend work is expected, often with no warning. People are praised for putting in excessive hours, regardless of whether the work actually demands it, and because employees are aware that the co-founders praise this way of working, they play the game. Healthy work-life boundaries are not respected here. The two cofounders are obsessed with office presence despite the CEO spending a lot of time travelling, meaning he is seldom here. The founders set the tone for a chaotic and toxic environment. They’re both impulsive, insecure, quick to anger, and they frequently talk down to staff. They operate from a position of deep mistrust, which filters down through the company. The CEO in particular is superficially charismatic, but behind closed doors he has a dark side - he’s erratic, unprofessional, and extremely poor at managing people. Both co-founders are entitled and demanding figures who expect absolute loyalty from their staff but give none back. There’s no onboarding, training, or meaningful support. You’re thrown in, expected to deliver against vague, shifting goals, and made to feel like you're constantly on the brink of failure. Most days are reactive firefights caused by poor leadership, poor planning, and ever-changing priorities. Everyone is anxious, exhausted, and walking on eggshells — you’re never sure who’s going to be publicly called out next. The culture encourages burnout, not performance. If you try to set healthy boundaries or question things, you’re seen as “not a fit.” Gratitude is expected just for being there. Financially, the business feels unstable. I've personally seen several rounds of redundancies during my time here. Empty promises are made constantly and are broken just as quickly. There's little transparency, and even less honesty. Ultimately, this is not a place to build a career. It’s a stopgap at best if you’re desperate and willing to sacrifice your mental health. If you value structure, professionalism, or being treated like a human being, this is not the company for you.

Vantaggi

Awesome team and a lot of opportunity to work cross functionally and learn new skills

Svantaggi

Not really any cons, typical startup things like “wear a lot of hats” and it can feel like everything is urgent at times. My only issue is that there were no raises given while I worked there, even to employees who received raises exemplary performance reviews.

Vantaggi

* Get to work on inspiring people to achieve their fitness goals and beyond * Start-up culture where you get to move fast on projects and ideas * The company value of 'Radical Candor' seems to make everyone open and honest with each other * Everyone has a voice and the senior leadership really makes sure your opinions are heard * Generally just a great culture of positivity, fitness, and honest

Svantaggi

* It is a start up so I've definitely felt the workload from time to time but if it gets too much it's never been an issue to take time off or pump the brakes alittle bit. * As part of getting hired in the US, the company is moving me to the UK. The visa process during the pandemic has been a bit frustrating and remote work on a different continent is a challenge from time to time.
