Great benefits, daily lunches, generous pay, great new office

Lev is a religious-based company and it is very apparent from your first day. If you are not Jewish or do not have any ties to the CEO then you are going to feel like a second-tier employee. 0 females or people of color on the Executive Team and there is no structure for hiring/firing. The culture has suffered a lot due to the CEO's sporadic decisions and unclear reorg of the company.

- Growing pains: while the company has found its footing, there’s still a lot of work to be done, which is the case for any fast growing startup - Not for those who need a lot of structure and guidance: Lev is still evolving, and processes are constantly changing, which can be frustrating for those who need very clear guidelines - Non-traditional career paths: titles matter less here, and career progression isn’t always linear. Growth mostly comes from impact rather than promotion cycles.
