My time at this company was very positive. The location (Rajkot) can be challenging. It’s difficult to find a good place to stay, and overall the city’s infrastructure, options for living, and cultural environment may not be comfortable for everyone, especially if you’re coming from a bigger or more developed city. Like many growing companies, some processes and communication workflows are still maturing, which can occasionally cause delays or confusion. Career progression paths could be more clearly defined.
