You will represent the agency and there you should do your best. I like that the CEO himself sometimes take time to meet with the support. I got interviewed by him. Even up until the time I have to leave the company due to client deciding to part ways. He delivered the news. I appreciate that. I miss the company. I enjoyed working there. Learned a lot.

- Like every other agency, work stops once client decided to part ways with LevelUp. - very little pathways to promotion as the job is client dependent - hiring process took so long although they were transparent about it. Thorough customer support exam, technical exam and a technical interview. Took me 2 months before getting the job offer
