They are unable to make decisions, they are too preoccupied with their own importance. -Confusing Brand Direction -Work Life Balance is awful -No Training, No Career Plans, No Job Descriptions -Only people who get ahead are those who play politics -Short term goals - all that matters is top and bottom line -Constant reorgs -No transition plans for those who's roles change -Layoffs result in increased work loads with no compensation or promotions
