Managers need to learn how to speak to staff in an appropriate way. Bullying in the workplace. Refusal of holidays continuously. No crediting for hard work. Petty behaviour. Twist things to suit them. Favouritism. Hectic work environment. Disorganised. No career progression-and when asked for training courses told dont have the budget. Treated like minions. Toxic HR department-nothing kept private, can’t be trusted, don’t care about employees. Manager spends numerous hours per week in senior managers office having coffee and a catch up when their team is stressed with workload- no support. Very clear senior management wants all the old Brand Rex staff to leave. Was a better place to work when it was Brand Rex and not Leviton. Can’t keep staff, over worked, under paid, disrespected. Bad aura as everyone wants to leave. The turnover off staff was something I had never seen before.

Excellent Management Team. They recognize your strengths and work with you. As long as you are proactive you will be rewarded. Upper Management easy to talk to. Open door policy.

Svantaggi

Employees rarely leave so it's a little hard to move up. Slow pay raise.
