-Everyone in the company I worked directly with as a software developer was both extremely on their game and easy to work with -One of the most modern, cutting edge tech stacks I've worked with on a professional level. Always willing to find better solutions using new tech. -Pay is great for the area -Really great office space right in downtown Troy -Management is fantastic. Very flexible and willing to work with you and your schedule so long as you're doing good work, and projects are managed extremely well. I've only had to stay late for deployments three times in my year and a half with the company. -They work on a hybrid model where you can work from home half the time and are extremely flexible about when you can do so -Extremely fair and generous in terms of pay raises and/or promotions -The company legitimately cares about hiring a diverse workforce, which is really rare in the world of software development -The company is blowing up with the business they're getting, but are actually staying pretty well ahead of hiring and understand the important of doing anything in their power to not be understaffed

-Most of the benefits are pretty decent. The health insurance in particular is by no means awful, but it could definitely be better.
