He is a psychopath who derives pleasure by harassing his employees and leaves no stone unturned to rob them of their basic rights. He has no work but only to harass his employees all days. No wonder he has not been able to grow even after being more than a decade in business. And going by his nature, he never will. He considers himself a great writer and editor but his work is a piece of trash. He is fit to run a Kirana store and not a company. Also, he is a master in duping money from his employees.
