CEO is very experienced and thoughtful in his approach to growing the business and the team. Collaborative, supportive, friendly, respectful and fun team to be a part of as it expands. Since it is a small company, plenty of opportunity to participate in various projects and make an impact. Hiring experienced sales, service, and support people to help quickly ramp up and expand into other markets.

This could be a pro or a con... most of the teams are virtual so you have to make the time and effort to stay connected. As Company grows, remember to communicate across all levels from the top down and implement some rewards/recognition across the organization. Create some more cross functional projects so others can appreciate other departments/individuals efforts and purpose towards the common goals.

1. Leadership not tenured long at all. 2. Leadership are not mission driven people at all but claim to be. 3. Lot of leadership turnover. 4. Became very political. 5. Everyone right now is CYA and brown nosing. 6. No job security at all. Will hire and fire without cause. VERY high turnover. 7. Companies reputation is going down. 8. They are eliminating sales people currently, so if you get hired as one, its temporary to build pipeline and close.
