We even offer a confidential independent corporate hotline that employees can you to report any concerns. We are not aware of anything that has not been thoroughly investigated.

- Promotions very difficult - attractive positions already earmarked for internal candidates prior to posting the req
- high probability of pigeonholing
- org is extremely reactive and tends to ignore suggestions until something becomes a problem
- highly unorganized - very difficult to get answers or solve problems due to ambiguity in ownership of responsibilities/roles
- unfair distribution of support across BU's
- lack of organization tends to cause unnecessary stress
- you need to have strong boundaries otherwise work/life balance can become non-existent
