Vantaggi
The pay was good, the benefits were great, the culture was amazing (paid volunteering days, diverse cultural celebrations at least every month I was there)
Svantaggi
When I applied I was told training was weeks of class to learn the material and then you’d have a supervised work/probationary period. They then said that things changed, we’d be 1/3 trained to get some of the backlog out and then move on in training. They did 1 week of training and expected us to learn anything they didn’t teach us about our ‘easy’ assignments on the fly. There were buddies assigned to people, but they were assigned to multiple people and had to do their own jobs so answers weren’t guaranteed quickly. It’s made clear from the get-go that you have to meet their metrics to leave the probationary period. My speed metric couldn’t get up to their standards without sacrificing my nearly perfect accuracy. My supervisor mentioned something in an email two times about bringing it up to their standard. I got an email that said Training Update Zoom Call. I opened the call to my supervisor and HR rep and was fired in the next 10 minutes.
