This place has too much patience for BS people. You are hire to work, not to get mental therapy. Hybrid work. Casual work wear. Snacks and drinks. Flexible. Some of the staff are nice to work with.

Favoritism. Promises of growth to then be told no. Employees who care about their work are not valued. Good employees overlooked and promotions given to unqualified individuals. Hiring individuals to do tasks they know nothing about. No transparency. Underpaid. If an opinion or concern is voiced and you are not a part of their cliques, you are considered a problem. Keep employees who consistently make mistakes. Preferences if you went to church with upper management. Higher up employees bother by questions. Managers look out for their own.
