1 - The case load you are expected to manage is unreasonable 2 - Supervisors/Team Managers have an over inflated sense of self worth 3 - You are monitored much too rigidly - I was told I was going to the restroom to frequently 4 - Negative feedback is doled out too often and too easily while positive feedback is rare (feedback from the Supervisors/Team Managers)

Decent pay, way to start in insurance, decent training, nice facility with lots of parking.

Unbelievable workload that cannot be completed in an 8 hour period. However, it is expected to be done with no overtime allowed. Coworkers crying at their desk due to receiving a weeks worth of work in 1 day. Can crush all of your marks just to be met with well for this reason you only meets, so here is your 3%.
