This gradually increases as you work there longer. As a CSR, you could start in the low to mid $30s a year for salary. After 5 years and 2 promotions in service I was at approx $48k. If you work in a smaller town or are not willing to relocate upward mobility is minimal. As a service rep, you have little to no flexibility in your schedule in a local office unless you use vacation days or personal days. Heath insurance is expensive and has high deductibles however this is becoming the norm.
