-Non-toxic, positive, encouraging work environment -Encourages you to progress in your career -Loved working with every single person from colleagues to supervisor each day -Very organized onboarding/training program -Focuses on work-life balance -Amazing perks/benefits -Case load isn't as bad as other case management jobs, if you tend to get higher up on case load simply communicate to manager and see how to offset or close cases/lower case load count -They seem to pick amazing people, my colleagues were so great to work with
Svantaggi
Cons are not particular to the company, its more for the type of nurse you are, if you like hands-on medical practice this isn't for you, if you like more of the administrative or business-side of nursing, you'd like this career.

Started my career at Liberty Mutual as a Workers' Compensation intern. In the beginning, everything was going well. The workload was demanding, but I genuinely enjoyed the job and the work I was doing. One year later, I got promoted to claim adjuster.
Things changed after my manager was seriously injured in a car accident. The department director took over managing our team, and the work environment became completely different. She was extremely rude and practiced excessive micromanagement. She expected me not to take any PTO if my work wasn't completely finished, even when I needed time off because my grandmother had suddenly passed away.
The constant pressure and lack of empathy took a serious toll on my mental health. I developed depression during that time and eventually had to seek help from a psychologist.
In the end, I decided to leave Liberty Mutual. It was one of the best decisions I made for my well-being, and I would not consider returning to the company.
