Vantaggi

Health insurance, and remote work. Easy job

Svantaggi

Pay employees more because you’re giving more responsibilities by having us set up ALE and corelogic Genpact at FNOL. We have to take auto and property calls follow two separate Processes. The pay and bonuses is low! Calabrio scheduling system is not good… VTO doesn’t get approved if you have a huddle on your schedule. Although in huddles we really don’t discuss much those 20-30 mins they are not approving VTO full day due to a meaningless huddle scheduled on your shift which means you’re affecting my work life balance! Calabrio is just a way for schedulers to have more control over your life and the time you request off! Managers are not trained well enough to do their jobs effectively. A lot of micromanagement takes place because their managers are not trained effectively either as department managers! The pay could be more and the PTO is not good compared to other insurance companies for this role you won’t get PTO for Nov and December Liberty Mutial is the only company that does this! They don’t give shift differentials based on your time zone as they should compared to other insurance companies. And some managers watch what you do on your desktop in your preshift and end shift time so you’re not able to do your monthly survey to provide feedback!

Svantaggi

Started my career at Liberty Mutual as a Workers' Compensation intern. In the beginning, everything was going well. The workload was demanding, but I genuinely enjoyed the job and the work I was doing. One year later, I got promoted to claim adjuster. Things changed after my manager was seriously injured in a car accident. The department director took over managing our team, and the work environment became completely different. She was extremely rude and practiced excessive micromanagement. She expected me not to take any PTO if my work wasn't completely finished, even when I needed time off because my grandmother had suddenly passed away. The constant pressure and lack of empathy took a serious toll on my mental health. I developed depression during that time and eventually had to seek help from a psychologist. In the end, I decided to leave Liberty Mutual. It was one of the best decisions I made for my well-being, and I would not consider returning to the company.
