The hourly rate might be good but sometimes the lack of available hours can make the hourly rate pointless. Management are hard pushed to get the job done and that often shows. If you cant be available to work extra shifts at the drop of a hat that will reflect on you're yearly appraisal. There is most 0 work life balance working for Lidl is only recommended for those who can devote almost 100% of their time to the job .
