The correct amount of autonomy allows you to put your stamp on a Global brand.If you want to go to work and take it steady then this is not a job for you but if your looking for a job where time flies and thrive on responsibility then you've found your calling. They pay very well but expect value for their money. Understandable.

Training plans are quite ambiguous but you decide your path, you only get out what you put in. Hours are long and the allocated break times are Dickensian but time flies and so you rarely notice. No performance related pay rises, 1% incremental only with no sway.
