Want far too much for their money, pay 75p an hour more than other supermarkets but expect you to do the amount of work 3 people would do in another supermarket Don’t understand what “part time is” No work life balance whatsoever They expect Lidl to be your life. Was told to bring till codes home and learn them ON MY OWN TIME, finished work at 8pm and was back in at 6am and was expected to go home and learn 50 till cosss for bakery items and fruit and veg. Ridiculous
