Crazy shift patterns. Asked to work a day off whilst still in training. Very poor training. Stressed out before i even got to the hard work. No dedicated staff to train have their own work to do alongside sometimes leaving you not knowing what to do. Told to do a few things differently by 2 different managers. Few staff rude expecting me to know what im doing when it was my first job in retail. Felt like an idiot. (Although most of the staff were really nice including the managers)
