40 staff wrote to the very highest management at HO about behaviour of the senior managers. It was passed down by their secretaries to the same senior managers we wrote a grievance about. Guess what?? Surprise!! Nothing happened lol. Useless HR department, incompetent senior management who act nothing different to a school ground bully. Every senior manager covers up each other’s bad practices and everyone is falsely being nice so they don’t get kicked out their job. Not to be trusted one little bit. Awful place and practices.
