Will interview disabled candidates but will find a reason not to hire them as their stores are setup only for able bodied employees The Area Managers are all ‘yes men’ and are completely disinterested in developing their teams nor supporting their managers. Health and safety is a joke and the only input from senior management is based on fear. A truly dreadful organisation - take your skills elsewhere - don’t join this awful company!.
