Work life balance impossible. - Recensione dipendente - CSA presso Lidl

Constant morning shifts and openings. The chance of having a somewhat normal personal life outside of work is made impossible due to constant shift changes at no notice. Days off are sparse and hardly ever consecutive. The time between shifts is ridiculous have been working until 8pm and expected back in at 5am. Lots of expectations, people put on tills constantly are paid the same as the people who are working incredibly hard to keep the store stocked and clean. Madness!
