CEO is so inadequate who’s love for being surrounded by friends or sycophants and DJing at openings is truly so sad. No wonder you are a terrible leader. He puts in his friends into leadership positions who have multiple HR issues, but those people mysteriously get fired soon after. The best operators were laid off or do not work here anymore. Now it’s back to people who haven’t worked in a hotel or hospitality position. They only hire and keep people they deem are attractive and young. It’s just so toxic on so many levels. If you want to work in a real company— avoid this place at all costs. It isn’t worth it, don’t buy into the smooth talking at your hiring or recruitment.
