Unfortunately, the company is currently going through significant challenges. Contractors have not been paid for months despite clients having settled their invoices. This has been noticed both internally and externally, with recruitment agencies even contacting us about the situation. It's frustrating for both staff and contractors, especially when contractors are left chasing payments for months. Recently, there was a round of redundancies in the London office, including the Managing Director, who was one of the stronger leaders. These layoffs seem to be part of cost-cutting efforts as the company struggles with finances. Additionally, new graduates were hired but were told just before their start date that their positions no longer existed. This lack of professionalism is damaging the company’s reputation, especially among new recruits. Leadership communication feels outdated and lacks direction. Motivational emails are sent frequently, but they don’t address the underlying issues or provide meaningful guidance. The company seems to be running out of the private equity funding it once had, with little transparency on how it’s being used. Lastly, there was a concerning incident where a senior leader posted about the company’s success and hiring while multiple staff members were being made redundant. The lack of awareness around timing was disappointing. The company is facing severe financial and operational challenges. Leadership needs to address the growing disconnect between their messaging and the actual state of the business. Morale is low, and the company feels like it’s heading towards closure.
