My experience with this company has been nothing short of a rollercoaster—except it was mostly downhill. The UK office was made redundant just a day before Christmas, which, honestly, wasn’t a huge shock. Still, the reasons behind this decision are... let's say, less than ideal. There were some serious issues with financial management, and a general lack of attention to the company’s rapidly growing financial problems. Meanwhile, consultants were getting daily emails/ calls from debt collectors, and clients seemed to be disappearing as quickly as they were signing contracts. It was like a game of Where's Wally, except Wally was our revenue. Despite the challenges, the London team was the one bright spot. The dedicated and highly skilled professionals worked hard to make the best of a difficult situation.

By the end of it, this company had cost its employees their professional reputations, their mental wellbeing, and a fair chunk of the bonuses we were owed for the new year. And that’s just the start of it. to make it Christmas themed, It was a bit like being promised a hearty roast dinner, only to be served cold, mouldy leftovers—while the person in charge sits there with a smug grin and their third glass of wine. overall 0 out of 10. hope you had a crap Christmas too !
