      Free membership, very nice gym

      Pay. They expect you to be okay with minimum wage no matter your experience. It’s an insult to the effort you have put into your trade. The pay structure is in no favor of the staff and works only for the company

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
