      The people are great and friendly

      They give you barely any hours, I work once a week for 3 hours which is terrible. It is hard work for such little pay

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
