Very professional environment. All of the people you work with are cut from the same cloth out going loving and truly empathetic.

Now the members can be very particular about what they want when it comes to their experience at Life Time and may be very very rude at times do not take it to heart they are just angry and probably do not mean it. If you ask for something make sure it is in writing or it will not happen. Expect to be alone staring at a wall for the most part shifts may feel like forever if you get your job done quickly so time your tasks accordingly.

Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

Svantaggi

You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
