      Beautiful facility. Free access to use gym/take classes. Discounts at spa/cafe. Management very friendly and helpful. Supportive environment. Fun atmosphere. A joy to work there.

      Svantaggi

      Can be unorganized. Raises are difficult to get approved. Lots of company policy quizzes/video webinars. For the caliber of club, pay is so-so.

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Svantaggi

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
