      Overall great facility, plenty of job opportunities and ability to move around within the company. Multiple locations if wanting to transfer

      Unfortunately they do not pay most of their employees well considering the amount of work that they do. This is true for even higher up positions as well.

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
