      Favoritism from management, not everyone is treated the same and they put unattainable expectations on employees who are not top earners while micromanaging.

      Members are great and free membership is a perk. Coworkers are supportive.

      Svantaggi

      You will be micromanaged to death, whether you have three weeks of experience or 20 years. Policies are vague. Communication with leadership is poor. You can be a strong, experienced performer and have very few classes, or brand new and get 8 a week. There appears to be no logic or strategy to anything that happens.
