There are some very talented and passionate professionals working here.

- Lack of communication leading to misinformation, lack of transparency, chaos and frustration. - Vision is lacking therefore no structure and no strategy. - No funding and no clear path towards funding. - Many, many (30+) unpaid volunteers are spending their expertise and time for Lifebonder without getting anything back in return - it's exploitative. - Work environment is tense, high expectations, low sense of structure.

You get to choose which tasks and be proactive - if you're really passionate about something and want to make a change; that's the place to be!

Sometimes communication between team members is lacking but usually quickly resolved.
