Unfortunately I can't find a single reason to work here.

Looks good at first but, as soon as you start working on the company the illusion disappears. The mission of the project is fake. It's advertised as a tool to help loneliness and fight consumism and it does exactly the opposite. As for the conditions, the job add said "freelance part time, flexible hours, unpaid until financing and possibility of shares" but in practise you keep receiving emails at any time pressuring you. This means the CEO uses the altruism card as a way to get free workers. I tried to quit politely to avoid conflict and his answer was rude and demeaning. Totally disrespectful.

- Lack of communication leading to misinformation, lack of transparency, chaos and frustration. - Vision is lacking therefore no structure and no strategy. - No funding and no clear path towards funding. - Many, many (30+) unpaid volunteers are spending their expertise and time for Lifebonder without getting anything back in return - it's exploitative. - Work environment is tense, high expectations, low sense of structure.

- Company is not actually incorporated; operates as a sole proprietorship while “employing” 50+ unpaid volunteers. - HR lacks professionalism and transparency. - No functioning app, unclear organizational structure, and poor communication from leadership. - Critical thinking, addressing issues, or offering professional advice are often labeled as “negativity” or “uncooperativeness.”
