Workload for the amount of pay, lack of communication especially with company policy changes, lack of support from colleagues and managers, feels like you are often working alone and handling tasks outside of paygrade/job description. Also a very big con would be that it seems although you work in a call center, call volume is extremely high with not enough employees to help/lack of help from colleagues.
