LS Cloud offering is a good move and once feature complete will be a very compelling offering to non Cisco/MS Lync users. International team are brilliant to work with, professional, hardworking and hard playing, a real sense of 'Family' driven from the top.

On prem UVC product needs refining, switch to Cloud offering has meant that there are many unfinished bits in the on prem offering, leading to some dissatisfaction amongst resellers and end users. Career progression from within lacks focus.
