      My co workers were some of the best people I've ever worked with. You definitely form a bond working those long, tough hours together. You meet a lot of interesting people working at different schools every day.

      There is unfair preferential treatment for some employees over others by management. There are no pay raises ever, no matter how many years you've been there.

      Great Sales Team. Remote based position.

      -Losing out to competitors has become acceptable or business as usual. -Management has become out of touch with what is going on in the field. -Outdated Photography equipment. -There is constant turnover with photographers. Difficult to keep good people when they are not paid well & have no structure. -Company is very reactionary. Making cuts seems to always be their answer to solve low profits.
