I thought ESOP could be but is not working.

At the beginning I thought ESOP (stock shares) will be a plus, but now when I am trying to take my money (retirement age) found out that lost 36% of the value. In one year, it sucks. Also in my experience the way they divide schools (sales per school) is racist, they send the worst photographers to areas of poor sales and label the areas as black or latin neighborhoods as gang areas.

Great Sales Team. Remote based position.

-Losing out to competitors has become acceptable or business as usual. -Management has become out of touch with what is going on in the field. -Outdated Photography equipment. -There is constant turnover with photographers. Difficult to keep good people when they are not paid well & have no structure. -Company is very reactionary. Making cuts seems to always be their answer to solve low profits.
