Apparently It’s improved since Shutterfly took over. You do get training. People are pretty nice and helpful.

Horrible management. I was in the middle of a photo shoot and one of the female managers grabbed my camera and told me I had it on the wrong setting. Then my camera stopped working completely and she told me that “she knew I moved the settings”!! in a very nasty tone which I never did. If I did, it was not intentional. That was the first time meeting her. She was rude and unprofessional. After that although I kept getting messages on how they needed people to work for an entire year, they never put me back on the schedule and never told me why. I called, I emailed I got nothing in return. Before I started I kept getting emails and messages from the hiring dept. when I asked my manager about it, he told me it was “a glitch in the system”., “not to worry”, after that I got a nasty message saying I never completed some information.

Great Sales Team. Remote based position.

-Losing out to competitors has become acceptable or business as usual. -Management has become out of touch with what is going on in the field. -Outdated Photography equipment. -There is constant turnover with photographers. Difficult to keep good people when they are not paid well & have no structure. -Company is very reactionary. Making cuts seems to always be their answer to solve low profits.
