Good environment to learn new skills in. Office environment was friendly and flexible- for a while.

Not many opportunities for growth or movement up in the company. Salary was not worth what job responsibilities were. Management claims to care about employees and open to learning from lower levels, but not actually. When new manager entered office, environment went downhill and actions took place that were unprofessional and not addressed as they should have been. Dangerous to allow such things to occur from management positions down on lower level employees.

This was a great place to work. Really lovely people. Very much felt like a team. Management was accessible and everyone was willing to answer questions.

Great Sales Team. Remote based position.

-Losing out to competitors has become acceptable or business as usual. -Management has become out of touch with what is going on in the field. -Outdated Photography equipment. -There is constant turnover with photographers. Difficult to keep good people when they are not paid well & have no structure. -Company is very reactionary. Making cuts seems to always be their answer to solve low profits.
