      There are no Pros about this company. The only pro was the day that I left. I never realized how much this company was killing my life.

      You have to be in the click to work there. It's not about the employee or the customer. It's about the retirement plan for the people that have already been there 20 pus years. It's about owning the world on paper and caring less about the employees or customers.

      Great Sales Team. Remote based position.

      -Losing out to competitors has become acceptable or business as usual. -Management has become out of touch with what is going on in the field. -Outdated Photography equipment. -There is constant turnover with photographers. Difficult to keep good people when they are not paid well & have no structure. -Company is very reactionary. Making cuts seems to always be their answer to solve low profits.
