A lot of favoritism runs in management. Experience seemed to not matter since most of the photo supervisors have never had any experience as a photographer. They seem to hire anyone with little to no knowledge of photography. If you’re someone who has the knowledge and experience don’t expect to be moved up to more advanced positions since it seems to not matter to management. I had 6 year of experience and a photographer and was told I’d have to work my way up even though I had more knowledge than most of supervisors. A lot of driving and on the road , even though you stay clock in, they expect you to clock out leaving the office even if you were called to go after a job at a school and live an hour or more away. Very unorganized and little to no communication from supervisors.

Great Sales Team. Remote based position.

-Losing out to competitors has become acceptable or business as usual. -Management has become out of touch with what is going on in the field. -Outdated Photography equipment. -There is constant turnover with photographers. Difficult to keep good people when they are not paid well & have no structure. -Company is very reactionary. Making cuts seems to always be their answer to solve low profits.
