Poor Management, lack of communication and training - Recensione dipendente - Main Office Staff presso Lift (PA)

When hired i literally sat at my desk for multiple hours a day waiting for the person who was supposed to train me to have the time to do so. Some days I got an hour or two other days less. The branch manager at the time was exist and didn't believe in confidentiality only in confrontation. Complaints about other staff were to be done in confidence where as you were pulled in the office to face the person you had the problem with. Even after not receiving adequate training they continue to dump more work on you and then blame you when its not done correctly. Apply at your own risk!!
