      Lighthouse is a fast-growing company and they hire great people. I am rather new here, but the entire hiring and on-boarding process was awesome. They really want to see you succeed. Again, this is not a fake review, I love it here. They really know eDiscovery and care about their people. This is the best decision I have ever made, for my professional life.

      This is wonderful to hear. We've spent quite a bit of time trying to make our on-boarding process as seamless as possible so thanks for the feedback. It's also helpful to know that we could be more effective in setting training expectations up front. Thank you!
