By far the best company I have ever worked for in my close to 30 year career. After my initial interview with Lighthouse, I knew this company was different! The only comment I can add here is one directed more toward being a project manager in the eDiscovery world. You do have to work hard, be committed and know there will be long days and/or weeks at times. This is a service based industry so working hard, giving your best is a must. This isn't for everyone but if you are ok with hard work and commitment, this is the company you want to work for.
