Pay is considered to be lesser than market rate The team is very unwelcoming to newcomers, full timers mistreat part timers Most of the people i worked with were lazy, would get you to do most things and choose to do nothing Criticises your slightest mistake, however when you point out theirs they scold you for doing so Loose definition of “break”, you get a 45 min break for a full day shift, but they can get multiple 15-30 min breaks on top of the daily 45 min break When i had an emergency and couldn’t turn up for work the next day, they scolded me and threatened to fire me, but when a full timer took MC suddenly, I had to fill in for them the next day without any prior notice, when i pointed this out they did not seem to see the hypocrisy Did not pay my severance fee which was clearly stated in my contract
