Pay is decent for a card shop. The atmosphere can be chill but it's a limited feeling. The job is not difficult.

The store owner lacks empathy to customers and employees alike. He has poor communication skills and lacks leadership qualities for his employees and his company structure on how he conducts business. Hard to stand him a lot of times, talks about himself WAY too much and has bad dealings with players and customers alike. He acts defensive way too much and is just a hard person to deal with on a daily basis.

Salaries are competitive People and team are really nice to work with

CEO with no management skills and short experience in the industry cannot manage such a big project. Some of the biggest issues present in the company relate to micromanagement, lack of communication and transparency. Day to day people dealing is gross and unprofessional. Constant drop downs from talented positions have left the company constantly without a proper backing. In most of the cases they have never tried to be retained adopting an arrogant and nonsense behaviour. Other issues include lack of organization, no HR, no back and forth, only verticalism in decision taking has ruined a possible good game.
