Horrible company - Recensione dipendente - Business Development Manager presso LinQ Transport

First off management is so bad that they do everything behind closed doors. That’s not the only thing, the training is terrible as well. They expect you to get all these new accounts and have money coming in left and right. Why would someone want to buy from a small transportation company when they can go to someone more reliable? I know for a fact that the reviews on here are written by the management because so many people get hired and are fired in less than 6 months. Also, they have favorites so when you get out on the training floor they gives them accounts. So I would really think about working for this sketchy company.
