Overall: My experience at LinQ Transport was a mixed bag that ultimately leaned towards the negative due to a pervasive toxic culture. While the initial onboarding and earning potential was made to seem attractive, the day-to-day realities of the work environment were draining and unsustainable for many. I had seen people get fired left and right due to their poor financial decisions and overall management. Absolutely no training is offered for new sales people or carrier sales people on an outdated system and expect you to figure it out yourself. They don’t see you as a human but just a body. Too many Chief's not enough Indians Extremely Toxic and High-Pressure Culture: The core issue is the work environment. Management often fosters a cutthroat, high-pressure sales atmosphere. There's a constant sense of being watched and immense pressure to hit aggressive targets, often leading to a stressful and anxious workplace. Micromanagement: Leadership tends to micromanage heavily. Every call, every email, and every move can feel scrutinized, which undermines autonomy and trust. It creates an environment where you're afraid to make a mistake. High Employee Turnover: The rate at which people leave the company is alarming and a clear indicator of underlying issues. Many colleagues I started with were gone within a year or even a few months. Unprofessional Communication: While they might talk about a "family" atmosphere, communication from some members of management can be demeaning, especially if sales targets aren't being met. Constructive feedback is rare; criticism is common. Favoritism and Cliques: There can be a sense of favoritism, with certain individuals or groups receiving preferential treatment, which can be demoralizing for others.
