The transportation division is a high-stress, confrontational workplace that operates by intimidation, outright lies and broken promises. They will push and push until a driver gives in. They treat drivers like slaves and should be grateful that Linamar even allows them to be employed. There is not a day that an employee doesn't walk out of the building either furious or in tears.
